BBQ: 6pm—9pm
Enjoy a BBQ with Odd Sausages and all the fixings. We’ll l have a big ‘ol bonfire and play yard games too. Then stay overnight.
Day 2: (the big one) Saturday, September 23, 2023
Dress Code: Formal-ish
Ceremony: 4:00pm—5:00pm
Cocktails: 5:30pm—7:30pm
Dinner: 7:30pm-9:00pm
Dance: 9:30pm
Karaoke: 12:00am
Saturday will be flexible for guests while the bride and groom prepare and take glamorous photos all morning. So go hike table mountain (trailhead at the venue), mingle and play spike-ball! Maybe take a rip down the hill-billy waterslide into the pond! Just be looking your best by 4pm for the kickoff of the ceremony.
Day 3: Sunday, September 24, 2023
Dress Code: Camping
Brekkie: 9:30am
Clean up and leave by 3:00pm
Sunday will include a drop-in continental breakfast, and much basking in the tranquil beauty of your mountain hangover. Group cleanup, and tail lights before 4pm (absolute latest).

It’s truly a mixed bag of nuts for accommodations; from rustic camp sites, cabins and bunk houses, to full-on hotel rooms. There’s something for everyone! This mountain getaway is tucked in the shadow of Table Mountain, a mere 15 minute drive from beautiful Castle Falls. There’s a pond onsite with available watercraft for floating, and a slide for sliding! Bring your swim suit, bikes, and hiking boots.
